For your convenience, we require a credit card to remain on file for all ongoing services. Invoices can be paid securely through our online customer portal or directly from emailed invoices with automatic payment options available. Please note: online card payments are subject to a small processing fee.

Routine maintenance usually takes 20–45 minutes. Renovations vary based on project size — we’ll discuss your timeline during your consultation.

Yes. Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel weekly service appointments. For contract cancellations, we require 30 days’ written notice.
